Every Stoned Bikinis piece is carefully prepared and packaged before it begins its journey to you.
Australia
We offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide on Stoned Bikinis orders.
Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a tracked shipping service where available.
Delivery times within Australia vary depending on your location and the service used. As a general guide, allow several business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
International
International shipping is available for AU$60 per order.
International orders are sent using a tracked service where available.
As a general guide, allow 7–14 business days for international delivery after dispatch. Actual delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Australia Post notes that international delivery estimates are general guides and exclude time spent in customs.
Some destinations may have different service availability or delivery timeframes.
Order processing and dispatch
Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched after your order has been received and payment confirmed.
We will provide tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. The estimated production timeframe will be discussed with you before your made-to-order order is confirmed.
Please note that the production timeframe for a made-to-order piece is separate from the shipping time.
Tracking
Where a tracked shipping service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please keep an eye on your tracking information after dispatch, particularly for international orders.
International customs, duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the relevant destination country's authorities and are outside the control of Stoned Bikinis.
International shipments may require customs documentation. Australia Post requires customs documentation for international parcels, and customs processing can affect delivery times.
If a parcel is delayed by customs, Stoned Bikinis is unable to control or guarantee the length of the customs process.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
Delays and delivery issues
We take care when preparing and dispatching every order, but once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and circumstances outside our control.
This may include:

incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us and provide your order or tracking details. We will do our best to assist.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the relevant carrier to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate next steps.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
